AI Designer

Own the GPT-4 stack that powers Cult.fit's healthtech product. Ship weekly, work with a tight cross-functional pod, and measure impact in P99 latency and revenue.

As a AI Designer at Cult.fit, you'll join a small, senior team building AI-native healthtech products from the ground up. You'll work daily with Lovable, Bolt, GPT-4 to design, ship, and scale features that customers use every day. This is a high-ownership role — you'll have direct input on what we build and how we build it.

• Own the full lifecycle of features — from spec, prototype, A/B test, to rollout
• Lead architectural reviews for new HealthTech initiatives
• Instrument observability — eval pipelines, prompt versioning, cost dashboards
• Write clean, well-tested code in Python / TypeScript and review PRs from peers
• Design, build, and ship production-grade AI features using Lovable, Bolt, GPT-4
• Mentor junior builders and contribute to engineering standards

• Experience with prompt engineering, evals, and prompt-versioning workflows
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, queues, and event-driven design
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on portfolio
• Comfort working with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Have shipped LLM-powered products to real users (not just prototypes)
• 2–4 years of experience as a AI Designer or in a closely related role
• Strong written communication — you can document decisions clearly

• Past work in the HealthTech domain
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or DSPy
• Built and operated agentic systems in production
• Comfort with Kubernetes, Terraform, or modern infra-as-code

• Work on problems that genuinely move the needle in HealthTech
